TDL Update is Now Available for

Housing Society Module in Tally
 

Hi TDLStore.in,

 

We are pleased to inform you that based on the users feedback and experiances, a new tdl update is now available for Housing Society Module in TallyPrime as follows;

Enhancements

 

  • You can now choose Daily or Yearly Interest Calculation method as applicable to your society accounting policy

  • You can now enable/disable Printing of Principle Arrears and Interest Arrears on maintenance Bills
  • Any amount adjusted using Journal Voucher will not displayed in the receipt section details

  • If maintenance amount paid in advance by the member will now show as ( - ) in Arrears

  • GST is now supported in bulk bill generation and you can enable GST to the maintenance heads based on the applicability

  • Chairman/Secretary/Treasurer Signatory titles added in all voucher printouts

  • Payment QR Code printing on Bill is now made optional
  • Maintenance Bill Register columns are now optimized to display more columns on single screen
  • You can now capture Multiple Tenant, agreement and broker details for a flat or shop 
  • Maintenance Total in footer is now displayed while setting-up maintenance charges
  • Member Name width increased for better visibility that helps readability of the ledger names when there is a Joint members for a Flat or Shop 

 

Bug Fixes

  • Late Payment charges if configured as Monthly/Quarterly basis was wrongly capturing in bills even when there was no delay or outstanding payments. This issue has been resolved now
