TDL Update is Now Available for |
Housing Society Module in Tally |

Hi TDLStore.in,
We are pleased to inform you that based on the users feedback and experiences, a new TDL Update is now available for Housing Society Module as follows;
Release Date : 20/06/2025 |

1. Tenant LL agreement Expiry Alert report is now displayed when you load the company.
This report will display details of all the tenants LL agreement expiring in current month to take the neccessary steps.
You can Enable/Disable this alert report from F11: Features based on your preference. |

|
|
|
|
2. New option "Mark as a Sold" is now introduced under member master.
You can set this "Yes" when a existing member have sold the flat/shop, so that new bills will not get generated for that member. |
|
|
|
|
3. While setting-up Maintenance charges under Society Masters > Maintenance Setup, Ledgers created under Current Assets & Current Liabilities were not showing. This issue is resolved now. |
