TDL Update is Now Available for

Hi TDLStore.in,

We are pleased to inform you that based on the users feedback and experiences, a new TDL Update is now available for Housing Society Module as follows;

Release Date : 03/05/2025

1. New Interest Calculation criteria "By Bill Date" or "By Due Date" is now introduced. This will help societies to auto calculate interest on late payments as per policy defined by the society.

2. Interest were wrongly getting calculated even when member having Credit Balances through opening balance or advance receipts - This issue is now resolved.

3. Advances/Credit balances will now auto adjust while generating Bills, so no need to adjust them manually.

4. Interest were wrongly getting calculated when part payment was done by the member after due date - This issue is now resolved.

5.  Member ledger creation sequence is now changed, followed by Wing - Flat Number - Member Name to make sorting easy while generating reports and printouts.

Existing users can modify the existing members name manually or can keep as it is as per your preference.

6. Maintenance Bill print now bifurcate Taxable, Non-Taxable and Tax ledgers seperatly when GST is applicable to the societies.

7. Parking Lot title was printing on the Maintenance bills even when parking lot was not assigned to the member - This issue is now resolved.

8. Wing/Building No. is now printing on the Receipt vouchers
